Our Rates

Our rates range from $150-375/hr, depending on the size and make-up of the organization. We publicly share our rates to model the radical transparency we encourage our clients to practice in their organizations. We offer our services on a sliding scale so that we are able to support, and be in community with, organizations of all sizes. Our project pricing is worked out at an hourly rate. A lower rate may be negotiated for retainer based contracts.

If you are unable to pay within the range suggested for your organization but are still interested in our services and feel like we would be a good fit, let us know so we can discuss! For retainer based contracts, a lower rate may be negotiated.
