Elephant Circle

This is the first time I've worked with an operations consultant. I knew I needed help, but didn't even understand the full scope of the help I needed - and that's part of the magnificence of what the Ops Collective provided. They listened to my understanding of my needs and then added their expertise and understanding of HR, accounting and operations in general, in order to forecast and plan for needs that I couldn't articulate.
